Staging Packages & Pricing

 

Q: How long is the staging period?
All Outstaging packages include up to 60 days of furniture lease with the initial staging.

Q: What happens if I need the staging longer than 60 days?
No problem! We offer monthly extensions at 1/3 the cost of the original staging package. Just let us know before your initial lease ends.

Q: Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. We require payment in full prior to staging. This ensures scheduling and preparation can begin right away.

Q: Do you offer pay at escrow or deferred payment options?
We do not offer pay at escrow at this time. All payments must be made before staging.

Q: Do your prices include delivery and pickup?
Yes, our pricing includes delivery, professional installation, and pickup at the end of the lease period.

Furniture & Inventory

 

Q: Can I buy the furniture after staging?
We do not sell our staging furniture. Our inventory is exclusively reserved for staging use to maintain quality and availability.

Q: What if something gets damaged during the staging period?
Minor wear and tear is expected. However, significant damage or missing items may incur replacement fees. We'll walk you through expectations prior to staging.

Scheduling & Process

 

Q: How far in advance should I book staging?
We recommend booking at least 7–10 days in advance, especially during peak seasons. Availability is first come, first served.

Q: How long does staging installation take?
Most stagings are completed within one business day, depending on the size and layout of the property.

Q: Do I need to be present during staging?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the property and your approval on the quote and terms, you don’t need to be there in person.

Q: Can you stage a vacant home?
Absolutely! Vacant home staging is our specialty, and we have packages designed for everything from compact condos to spacious family homes.

Extensions, Destaging & Changes

 

Q: What if I sell the property before the 60 days are up?
Great news! Just let us know and we’ll schedule a prompt destaging date at no extra cost. There is no refund for early removal, but we’re happy to clear the space quickly for closing or move-in.

Q: Can I make changes to the furniture or layout after staging?
Our design team thoughtfully stages each property to appeal to buyers. We typically do not swap out pieces once staging is complete, unless there's a significant issue. If you have specific needs, please let us know ahead of time!
